This podcast is about the wisdom available to us through working with horses, mountains and dogs.  The host is a life long horsewoman, dog trainer and mountain guide as well as a certified life coach, Montessori teach, wife and parent to two little girls.  She made this podcast to pass on the values her grandparents instilled in her to the next generation, and anyone in this one that feels called in to a deeper connection with animals and nature.  You will find stories, teachers and tools to keep you healthy mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually for the long haul.
