Launching a new print title is never easy - and it's even more complicated when you're targeting Latinos in both English and Spanish. I had the good luck to talk to Sylvia Banderas, Publisher of Hola! USA about the current print landscape, her efforts to promote diversity within the pages of the magazine, and what lies ahead.

For this episode, I met with Danny Braught and Max Fuerst of Lokal Media House. LMH is a small, very agile production company that specializes in creative solutions for a streaming and social world. We had a great conversation about their approach to production, difficult clients, where technology is going, and, believe it or not, skateboarding.

In our seventh episode, we talk to Jack Hobbs, a legend of the Spanish radio industry, who two years ago left Univision radio to launch reVOLVER - a podcast network. We talk about his experiences in the industry, what makes podcasts so attractive to advertisers and listeners, the potential of the medium and how it will evolve. And of course, about reVOLVER, where shows like the amazing Wrongful Conviction, El Show de Piolín, Alex Vega and Roadtrippin' with R.J and Channing have found a home and a faithful audience.

I met with Suzanne La Forgia, VP of Advertising Sales at Captivate and President of the Dallas chapter of the AAF to talk about what the AAF does, how it promotes diversity, and some of the cool technology her company has in the OOH space. The AAF is a great organization that helps connect people in our industry, recognize talent and achievements and present a unified front to the government and other organizations.

I recently met with my good friend Yareli, President, Founder and CEO of Strategar. She's done everything...in her 18 years in the industry, she's worked with all kinds of companies and clients, as a vendor, as an agency, as a client, as a consultant.
