Today during my 8-mile run I had a powerful runner's high. At the height of my runner's high I was reminded of how amazingly developed my power base is. It was then that I realized I never took the time to breakdown what a power base actually is. The power base is the hidden gem of your resilience. It is that thing that girds and propels you forward. That thing that reinvigorates your will and resolve. Boldly step into your power base and do the work!!!

Whew and we're back!!! In this episode we're discussing how our life is similar to some of our favorite brands. This means that we have to understand how our decisions, which shape our lives, ultimately define the way that people in the world perceive us. If you're getting ready to start a business, start school, start a new job, get into a relationship, looking to mend a friendship, or just want to develop yourself... well why aren't you listening by now!!!!!

Recently in a coaching session a client asked me, "why should we persevere if nothing ever works out? Why should we keep trying if it only gets harder?". During the session I answered her questions and reaffirmed her worth and value. But it really got me thinking through the week. Why do I choose to persevere? When I take a good look through the looking glass (mirror) and see myself, what things about me spark a flame and give me the umph to get up and get going?! Well.... you'll have to listen to find out :) 

Whew listen.... we covered so much in this special episode that I don't even know how to honestly begin. So, I must be obedient to the word and the will of God because there is someone who is going to hear and see this message that new life might be breathed into them. Today, I am asking that you allow me to enter into your dark places, that you might bring me into the recess of your spirit where you hide all of those things that embarrass you, those things that make you feel unworthy, those things that cause you to labor in your sleep. My objective today is to bring you out of the dark, to stand with you while your vision adjusts, and to set you on your way.
