16 - What are the issues in the modern world that hold the utmost importance? Evan reflect's on the current system of organization, and proposes a theory of where we head next in the evolution of our species: an age of inner-exploration. In this age, we shift out of the "human being as a worker" mindset of the industrial age into a people first approach. An age of a more fair distribution of resources, an emphasis on inner reflection, and the ability for everyone to have the ability to pursue their creative passions. We have the ability to ensure everybody has their physiological needs met, and it is time we begin to explore this route.
