This is a speech I gave to the Bismarck Area Republican Council on November 4th. Although at that meeting, they cut me off halfway through, here, you get to hear the whole thing. I talk about the Freedom Rally that took place on November 8th as well as discuss the 25 or so proposed bills that the legislature has to consider during their special session this week. I am not an expert on this, so don't quote me on any of those bills.
