I detta avsnitt tar vi upp de viktigaste frågorna och utmaningarna som kan uppstå när man arbetar med AI ur ett juridiskt perspektiv. Vi förklarar kort begreppet personuppgifter och varför de är avgörande inom AI, diskuterar vad man bör tänka på när man samlar in data för att träna AI-modeller, och går igenom upphovsrätt och patentfrågor: kan man skydda sina AI-modeller? Vi avslutar med att gå igenom lagar och riktlinjer som reglerar användningen av AI, samt hur företag ska tänka kring GDPR och samarbete med teknikjättar som Microsoft och Google.
