Today, I am lucky to have Josh Dietrich on the podcast. Josh is an executive coach and former software executive. He owns Arete Pursuits, which provides executive and leadership coaching.

This week I start a thread around living in the digital world and how to navigate in it. The topic this go around is the "3 minute mystery", which is a joke name for the process that happens when you are trying to do something simple on a device and run into a small problem, which turns out to be something harder to solve. The result is a loss of productive time while you chase down the solution.

It happens more and more each day.
