On the 3rd Episode of this Podcast I speak to a dear friend of mine Nonhlanhla Hatta about a conversation we don't speak out loud often, more so in the black community; Being a widow at such a young age. How do you navigate your life after your life partner has left this earth? and the fear of every woman; the in - laws! we also question the black clothing we are expected to embrace.
This is the pain of a brave woman who has decided to live her life and not let grief shadow her willingness to live and raise her children
Just because we are born with vaginas doesn't mean we know how to use them, maintain them or clean them. I speak to my GP Dr L. Masemola about the common bacterias that we find in our vaginas (Good and bad). We also touch on the Yoni steaming trend - FYI we are not judging anyone who Yoni steams their Vagina, Dr Masemola is simply pointing out medically where she feels the risks may be. I hope this episode helps you identify any issues that you may have had or currently experiencing. ENJOY
More women than we can ever imagine have unfortunately gone through the loss of a pregnancy. This is an episode of a young woman who is learning, healing and bravely tackling each day after the loss of her full term pregnancy.
I hope this episode helps to heal even if it's one woman's everyday pain.. #theAirpodwithtshepi
