due to working full time, I've looked back and I feel I've rushed some episodes, also on a tight weekly 
schedule some guests have had to cancel 
 I'm

 asking that you can understand that a new 2-week schedule will allow me to focus on quality and give me time to book guests with more regularity.

Britain is an amazing idea the United Kingdom is a beautiful reason to be proud to be British. 
I believe that the coming challenges will see this small island that once ruled a quarter of the world, will emerge again as a shining light a beacon of industry and leader of human rights.

In this episode Im exploring an idea, the idea is that at after 2020, News Media will be forced to realise that the public are fast becoming infinitely better informed  I believe in 10 years MSM will adapt or become irrelevant.

It's truthful and I hope it helps anyone realise that people can come back from serious mental health issues..

In 1983 my close friend was murdered,  my life changed that day. I hope that by telling how I've lived since that day, will offer some insight to PTSD but more importantly, thier is a light at the end of the " dark tunnel". 

This election in America for the Presidency, is set to become the most important  statement on the current state of free elections in the history of the world. 

The process we are watching unfold is beyond politics it will effect the fabric of society.
