How do we carry ourselves authentically as we walk through the world? It is almost impossible when we try to please everyone we meet, and we can't be afraid to make mistakes. As a yoga teacher Charlotte expresses how she had to break out of her armor to step into herself to begin living and teaching from her heart. Resentment, guilt, and shame can bury us, but there are ways to dig ourselves out through self-care and begin living from our innate humanness. We are already enough.
Finding out who we are and what our purpose is often elusive. Amy King felt lost, but also extremely drawn to (and nudged toward) the chiropractic world - a space to heal self and other. She faced many hurdles on her path but the universe continued to guide her to her passion in a very timely, although sometimes frustrating, path of synchronicity and internal awakenings. Through serving others and providing a space of genuine healing and authenticity she found herself through helping others.
Adrianna runs Enerchi Yoga and serves as a medium and healer at the metaphysical center Clarity and Insight. The journey from being a biomedical engineer and consultant into a medium? How does that happen? Join us for Adrianna's story as the universe guided her from a life she wasn't truly satisfied with even with the safety and security of her job. Trey and Jon discuss how all limitations are self-imposed and created by our own minds. There is way to break through these mental barricades with exercise and using the body, which then seeps over in the rest of our lives. Athletes are mystics in a way, using their mental prowess to manifest whatever they need to in the 3D world. Also discussed is how people attach their identity to certain sports teams, literally tying it to the ego self. Athletics are magical when you can take a step back to see it for what it is.

You create the reality you want by being strong in your mind with a clear focused intention. Moshe created a reality which married all his passions - nature, healing, spiritual practice, and Shamanism.

Joe has not always been the person he is today, and we discuss the various characters he played on his path into finding himself in his heart and living his truth. Trey, Jon, and Brian explore how nothing is really 'good' or 'bad', they examine how facing death head on early in your life frees yourself up to do what's really in your heart, and what being in the present moment truly means in terms of making progress towards one's inspirations and dreams in life.
Trey and the gang discuss how he found himself where he is on his journey now, and the concept of leading with your heart in life. The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift. We must feel our way through life and allow it to happen, and stop 'thinking' we can control it.
