Despite mainstream media suppression of the ongoing US hearings and investigations, evidence about widespread election fraud against the Republican party last November is now being presented by other independent and still-reliable news sources. And in the middle of all this is Dominion Systems, whose subsidiary may well be familiar to us PH voters -- SMARTMATIC.
With only 17 months to go before the next election, should we not scrutinize the so-called automated voting machines outsourced from Smartmatic that also had major glitches during our last election? Overnight vote count anomalies, discovered "clone" machines, hackable program and hardware -- these are some of the discoveries made 4 years ago, but have been swept under the proverbial rug. As early as now, we need to start looking into a possible sellout of our very destiny as a nation for the next six years, as definitely, this matter is indeed qualified suspISSUES

- Congressional hearing on the anomalous unsynchronized time stamps of PCOS communicating among each other for the transmission of vote data (compared with sciva system for travel agencies)
- Heider Garcia: Smartmatic Transparency Server does not reference the time stamp of PCOS machines transmitting data, just their digital signature, claimed that this oversight was an "unforeseen situation"
- DOJ finds Smartmatic and COMELEC personnel criminally liable (with probable cause) under the Cybercrime Prevention Act - SCRIPT CHANGE on the Transparency server
- request for ballot images as paid by Marcos was not given, but Robredo was provided copies
- Visual tampering (square box printed on an actual ballot image)
- visible MARCOS vote mark tagged as "UNDERVOTE" (not counted)
- ballot marked with both CAYETANO & ROBREDO was not deemed invalid but counted as ROBREDO vote
- ballots having same ballot number
- precints nationwide: in the middle of voting, SD cards were reported "damaged" and had to be sent to the center in Sta. Rosa Laguna for reprogramming
COMELEC EN BANC RES 10114 (May 3 2016, six days just before the election) - 8 Regional hubs created (La Union, laguna, Albay, Cebu, Zambo Sur, MisOr, SoCot) without informing candidates, where the SD cards were reprogrammed, without any authorized representative from candidate parties
- Duterte to COMELEC: get rid of Smartmatic, look for another free of fraud
- Need to revise the BIDDING rules by COA on which COMELEC insists standing by
- PH spent PHP2.2 billion for 90k Smartmatic machines plus peripherals
- 2019 mid-term elections were DELAYED for 7 hours
