On this solo episode I get very raw, real and vulnerable about my most recent initiation, or dark night of the Soul. I share the entire story of what navigating those waters was like and how I got through it. For many of us on the healing journey we will experience this at one point or another or even multiple times. What I know to be true is that each time I experienced an initiation it always led me to even greater growth, expansion and empowerment. Through each experience I gained greater wisdom and was humbled beyond belief. I also gained even greater connection, to the Divine, to myself and to others. You are not meant to do this alone.
