With the primal activation within the collective after the news of Roe v. Wade, it creates a big trauma response and you feel the effects of the unstable frequency because we are all interconnected.
With the New Moon in Cancer this week, we are channeling our emotions and the channels in which we feel safe and worth enough to fully feel.

On this week's episode of The Aligned Podcast, Ali and Jess talk about the Summer Solstice, the start of Cancer season and Full Moon in fiery Sagittarius. There is a push and pull between fire and water that we've been working with. The heat of the flame inside of us, we're now being called to act on the things we want to accomplish.
Reflecting on the first half of the year, we were being called back to our bodies, leaning into the slowness. Being in the present moment means being in our bodies.
Dive into the upgrade and upleveling we're all feeling as this light enters the planet and the fire gets into the cracks and crevices of where we're holding onto things that won't work in our lives anymore.
