For this episode of The All-Around Adventure Podcast, I'm joined by ultrarunner, backcountry bowhunter, and performance coach, Tyler Geiger.
Tyler is the host and founder of the Nock Performance Podcast. A show that helps and encourages listeners to reach their full potential. As a host, he's had the opportunity to talk to a wide array of guests to have meaningful discussions about health and fitness, discipline, consistency, relationships, and the outdoors. He also takes these lessons and helps his clients to excel in their lives through his performance coaching. Tyler is also a fellow Michigander who eventually found his way out west and settled in Montana to continue his career as a law enforcement officer. Since making the move, he's been able to explore much of the state's vast wilderness as a bowhunter.
In this episode, Tyler tells us about his move to Montana and the adventures that he's had so far. Some of which led to feelings of elation, and others disappointment. We also discuss him leaving the law enforcement profession to move on to helping men as a performance coach. Furthermore, we talk about physical training, building grit by doing hard things, how getting out in the backcountry can help you grow as an individual, and much more!
