The Alleged Wrestling Podcast

Fitz and Gordo are back from their trip to Chicago to attend AEW All Out. We review the card and where they go from here. Chris Jericho losing the AEW Title and giving us those “Little Bit of Bubbly” memes are the highlights of the week. Eventually we get to WWE stuff from this week and briefly touch on NXT UK Takeover Cardiff.

After a very mixed week of WWE TV (and Gordo telling his 12 pubs tale) we cherry pick the stuff to cover including this weeks hilarious edition of Who Attacked The Big Dog on Smackdown, that Sasha Banks promo on Raw and all of this weeks King of The Ring shenanigans.

We finish up with our AEW All Out Predictions

There's really only one place to start this week. With AEW on TNT and NXT going live on USA who wins the war for that sweet sweet ad revenue?

We also go in depth on King of The Ring 2019 so far and all of this week's storylines on TV.

After a weekend of NXT Takeover, Summerslam, G1 Finale and of course Raw and Smackdown the lads discuss, well, all of that.

As the Premier League approaches transfer deadline day the lads talk about the craziness of this annual rush job. Eventually we talk about Enzo Amore coming back to wrestling, the next WWE Saudi show, the rumours of WWE UK getting a TV deal and the potential effect that has due to talent exclusivity. Eventually we get to Raw and Smackdown before making our NXT Takeover Toronto and Summerslam 2019 Predictions.

Steve took this week off and left the lads with the keys...it's a beautiful disaster.

WWE Q2 notes from Vince, CM Punk on AEW, the G1, the Twitter storms this week from Renee Young and Jordynne Grace, and the build to SummerSlam 2019 with Brock Lesnar attacking Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns having a workplace accident.

After a lengthy rant on the illogical state of Monday Night Raw then some praise of Smackdown the lads make their predictions for AEW Fight For The Fallen and WWE Extreme Rules!

Steve's mic has some peaking issues this week that unfortunately could not be fixed in post. Don't worry though, it's infrequent. Apologies!

In the wake of AEW Fyter Fest the lads discuss the hits and misses from their second show. What is the tone of AEW?

With Paul Heyman and Eric Bischoff taking up executive roles in WWE this week what input (if any) did they have on Raw and Smackdown? The Braun Strowman and Bobby Lashley segment was surely Heyman.

Long term in WWE - What needs to change?
