In this eye-opening episode, I talk about how I changed my yo yo diet mindset to a lifestyle. I grew up in the 80's where diet soda was healthy, and weight watchers was the thing to do. I had a bad body image and never really thought about my health. I worked out for all the wrong reasons and never really was mindful of what I ate.
I learned how to become an intuitive eater.
I learned how to be mindful.
I now exercise for all the right reasons and know how blessed I am that I get to move my body. My exercise is my get away, my mind space and something I can't miss.
I no longer think of food as the enemy.
I have created a lifestyle that lasts and no longer a yo yo dieter.
