“Stop Begging. Start Petitioning.”
Stop begging like you’re unworthy.
Start petitioning like the living altar you were born to be.
Your ancestors are not asking you for perfection.
They’re asking you to be ready—
Ready to end what they couldn’t.
Ready to walk the path they carved with blood, sweat, tears, and resilience.
Ready to break the very patterns that broke them.
Because listen…
🧬 You are the shift in the lineage.
🔥 You are the prayer they whispered when they had nothing left.
🕯️ You are the embodiment of every sacrifice, every dream, every unfinished story.
So speak to your people like they already cleared the way—
because they did.
Long before you ever knew their names.
Take a breath.
Drop into your body.
And let this prayer move through you.
Your bloodline is listening.
Always.
💀✨
“Let’s Talk About It — The Lineage Nobody Wants to Name”
Let’s talk about it… because most people won’t.
Some of us come from lineages where our ancestors were enslaved, raped, stolen, and displaced.
Others come from lineages that did the enslaving, the raping, the conquering.
And a lot of us — especially those of us from the Caribbean Diaspora — carry both.
Yeah… I said what I said.
Your ancestors were colonized AND colonizers.
And it’s time to stop pretending otherwise.
I’m Taíno by blood.
African by blood.
European by blood.
But that European?
That wasn’t romance or pride — that was force.
That’s colonization. That’s rape. That’s genocide.
I don’t glorify it…
But I do acknowledge it. Because you cannot heal what you refuse to name.
If you’re white‑passing like some of us in the Caribbean, you’ve benefited from that history — and you’ve probably been haunted by it too.
I know I have.
If you’re visibly Black or Indigenous, you’ve carried the trauma in your skin, your voice, your posture, your survival strategies.
And neither experience cancels the other.
Let me say that again — neither experience cancels the other.
I honor and deeply respect my BIPOC comunidad every single day.
Real ancestral healing requires that you name the entire lineage — the healers and the harm‑doers.
This isn’t about guilt.
This isn’t about shame.
This is about accountability, liberation, and radical truth‑telling.
We are the generation breaking the silence.
Breaking the patterns.
Breaking the contracts.
We are the altars now.
We are the answers they never imagined.
So let me ask you…
🔥 Are you ready for the real work?
Or just the aesthetic?
“Is It a Curse… or a Coping Mechanism?”
Let’s be real for a second…
How much of what we call a “generational curse” is actually just recycled survival choices?
We didn’t just inherit eye color, hair texture, or our abuela’s stubbornness.
We inherited shut‑down nervous systems, scarcity mindsets, broken love languages, silence, secrets, and patterns that feel spiritual… but at their core?
They’re coping mechanisms that hardened into culture.
Your ancestors weren’t cursed — they were surviving.
They did what they had to do.
But now?
YOU are the one with language, tools, therapy, spirituality, community, access, and awareness.
You’re the one positioned to shift the entire lineage.
This is where the real work starts.
Ask yourself:
✨ Is this a curse… or a trauma response?
✨ Is this fate… or just a pattern nobody questioned?
✨ Is this spiritual warfare… or unhealed grief and generational exhaustion?
Because when you peel back the conditioning — when you stop repeating what was handed to you in silence — you realize something powerful:
💥 You are the spiritual disruption your lineage has been waiting for.
💥 You are the altar.
💥 You are the answer.
💥 You are the breaker of contracts and the rewriter of destiny.
So if you’ve been feeling stuck…
If you’ve been attracting the same pain in different bodies…
If the same story keeps showing up with new faces…
Pause.
And ask yourself:
“Is this a curse… or did I just learn this?”
Because this week, in this work, in this healing, we are breaking it… blessing it… and burying it.
For us.
For them.
For the ones yet to come.
Let’s be clear: the father wound isn’t just about the man who left or couldn’t show up.
It’s about the ancestral pattern of emotional neglect, silence, violence, and masculine energy gone missing or misused.
Some of you are still overcompensating for a father who ghosted your childhood…
Or a whole lineage of men who never learned how to love, protect, or provide without causing harm.
This isn’t just your trauma.
It’s your great-grandfather’s heartbreak.
Your abuelo’s silence.
The colonized men who were told their value only came through domination, suppression, or disappearing altogether.
This is ancestral.
And it’s also your opportunity to break the cycle.
Healing the father wound isn’t about dragging Daddy through the mud.
It’s about finally telling the truth:
🗣 “I needed more.”
💔 “I deserved better.”
🛑 “The silence ends with me.”
🔥 “I reclaim the sacred masculine within my spirit.”
Whether you identify as a man, woman, or neither — you carry this energy inside of you.
And if you don’t heal it?
You’ll keep attracting distorted versions of it in lovers, bosses, friends… and even in how you treat yourself.
This is Week 3 of Lineage Healing & Liberation.
Where Shadow Work meets Spiritual Justice.
This episode is for your inner child and for the ancestors who never got to cry out loud.
The cycle ends here.
“The Mother Wound: Healing Beyond Your Mama”
Let’s get real: the Mother Wound didn’t start with your mama.
It started generations ago, when our maternal lines were taught to suppress the feminine:
To survive instead of soften
To give instead of receive
To stay silent instead of speak their truth
You may still feel the echoes of this wound if you:
• Feel emotionally exiled, especially from other women
• Struggle with boundaries or asking for help
• Overfunction in relationships just to feel safe
• Feel like being “enough” is always out of reach
But here’s the truth: you are not just a product of what happened to you.
You are the pattern breaker.
You are the altar.
You are the answer.
If you’re ready to go deeper, here’s how we can work together:

And if it aligns, I’d be honored to walk with you.
“Week 2, Day 14: Afraid to Connect With Your Ancestors?”
If you’re feeling afraid to connect with your ancestors, let me tell you something: you’re not alone.
Fear doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.
It means you’re standing at the threshold of something sacred.
This week in 30 Days of Ancestral Healing, as part of Altars, Offerings & Honoring, today’s focus is:
“I’m scared to connect… what now?”
Here’s the truth:
Your fear is sacred.
Your resistance is part of your remembering.
You are the altar.
You are the offering.
You are the answer.

“If You’ve Been Waking Up at 3AM… This One’s for You.”
If you’ve been popping awake at 3 AM, hearing songs out of nowhere, smelling scents that aren’t in your house, or watching your tech glitch like it’s possessed — listen closely.
Your ancestors are trying to get your attention… and baby, they’re not being subtle about it. ✨
These aren’t coincidences.
These are spiritual notifications.
And in this week’s installment of 30 Days of Ancestral Healing: I Am the Altar, I Am the Answer, we’re diving deep into the signs they send when they want you to pause, listen, and remember exactly who TF you are.
Because here’s the truth:
📿 You are the altar.
🕯️ You are the offering.
💥 You are the answer.
So stay tuned, and then tell me:
Which sign has been hitting you the hardest lately?
Because once Spirit starts speaking… you can’t un-hear it.
Listen up, hallowed ones: energetic hygiene isn’t optional. It’s spiritual respect. Period.
If your ancestor altar is looking like a dusty bodega shelf in July — crusty offerings, swampy water, and zero love — you’re not honoring. You’re hoarding. 🙃
In this episode, I’m walking you through a no-nonsense limpia to:
Refresh your altar
Renew your connection with your ancestors
Show proper respect to the spirits who got you here
Because let’s be real: your lineage deserves more than leftovers and neglect.
Your altar deserves your energy, intention, and devotion.
Let’s get something straight: ancestral veneration is not a trend.
It’s not a religion.
It’s not a Pinterest altar flex.
It’s sacred.
It’s ancient.
And yes — it’s your birthright.
In today’s episode, I’m breaking down 11 ancestral myths that need to die, especially the ones wrapped in colonizer fear, TikTok confusion, and plain misinformation.
And just to be clear: in some lineages, we honor animals, elements, land, and nature as ancestors — and that is beautiful, powerful, and valid. 🌿🦅🔥
But today? I’m talking about your human ancestors — the ones in your bloodline who walked this earth, loved hard, made mistakes, and passed down both their dreams and their wounds.
Whether you know their names or not…
They know you.
They’ve been waiting for you to remember:
You are the altar. You are the answer.
So, listen closely:
🕯️ Watch, listen, and reflect.
💬 Tag someone who’s ready to reconnect with their lineage.
🔁 Share if this cracked something open for you.
Because ancestral work? It’s not cute.
It’s real. It’s raw. It’s sacred.
“Coffee? Fruit? Florida Water? Let’s Talk Offerings.”
Alright y’all… some of you are out here giving your ancestors everything but the chancleta — so let’s break this down before your altar turns into a buffet line or a fruit-fly nightclub.
Today, we’re talking offerings:
What to give, when to give it, and how to give it with intention instead of chaos.
In this episode, I get into:
🧭 Directional offerings — East, South, West, and North, and what each direction traditionally receives
💀 Día de los Muertos ofrendas — what they truly represent and why they’re so powerful
🕯️ Memorial altars & bóveda espiritual setups — the difference and how to know which one is for you
🍞 How long to leave food, drinks, fruits, sweets, and coffee — because no, your offering is not supposed to be a science experiment
🐾 What to do if you’ve got pets — and why you should never leave offerings out on a paper plate unless you like chaos
Because here’s the truth:
Offerings aren’t aesthetic.
They’re not props for social media.
They’re an act of sacred reciprocity, spiritual maintenance, and real connection with your lineage.
Your ancestors don’t want the whole pantry — they want intention, gratitude, and consistency.
You are the altar.
You are the answer.
Act like it.
