Yesterday, I told y’all about the first time I said no. My voice cracked, my hands were shaking, and my nervous system was screaming like, “Girl, what are we doing?!” 😅
But guess what? I didn’t die.

What did die? The illusion that I had to keep everyone comfortable just to be loved.

Today, we’re getting into a boundary red flag that too many people ignore:
👉🏽 If someone gets angry, manipulative, or guilt-trippy when you say no—that’s not love.
That’s not support.
That’s control.

Because real love doesn’t punish your boundaries.
It honors your growth, even when it stings.

This ain’t about being cold, baby—it’s about being free.
So if your “no” sends someone into a spiral? Let them spiral. You? You fly. 🕊️

⚠️ Your NO is sacred.
⚠️ Your peace is non-negotiable.
⚠️ And Spirit will never ask you to shrink to be accepted.

Chileeee… the first time I said NO, I swore the sky was gonna fall. Like the ground was gonna crack open, and my ancestors were about to pop up like, “¿¡Pero qué haces, mija!?” 😩

But guess what?
I didn’t combust.
I didn’t get struck by abuela’s chancleta from beyond.
Didn’t even break a nail.

Matter fact, I felt free. Like I unclenched my spirit for the first time ever. That little scared inner niña in me finally stood up and said, “Nah. Not today, bruja.”

That first NO? Whew. It was shaky, sweaty, and lowkey whispered… but it was mine. And baby, it hit like a spell. 🧿🔥 Even Spirit was like, “FINALLY!”

And right as I wrapped that moment up—BOOM. Lights went out. 😳
Yup. Even Spirit said, “We said what we said.” 🕯️💅🏽
