The Always Moving Podcast

Welcome back!

Today I want to talk about my recent trip to Detroit, Michigan, and how my perspective on the city completely changed!

The key to travel in my opinion is to do so with an open mind. This is what I did with Detroit and through my time there, I developed a new appreciation for the history and the struggle of the border city.

Enjoy, review, and hopefully reconsider a trip to Detroit.

Much Love,
Lyndon Suvanto

Here I recap my recent trip to the city, which left me blown away that I hadn't visited it before!

Please enjoy and look into a visit to San Antonio!

Much Love,

In the first episode back from an extended time away, I am back and grading the Toronto Blue Jays offseason so far.

I wanted to hop back on the mic so I could properly congratulate all the members of the Canadian Senior Women's National Handball Team for successfully qualifying for the 2023 Pan American Games!!

Your camaraderie is a testament to your strength and determination to achieve this goal! I would be lying if I said I wasn't jealous because I completely am!!

All the best from your friend and fan,
Lyndon Suvanto

Frustrated? Confused? Pissed Off? Optimistic? Excited?

What word best describes my feelings about the Baltimore Raven's loss to the Miami Dolphins 42-38 in week 2?

I am at a loss for words with some of the decisions made by the coaching staff.

Lamar Jackson had an awesome game, we made Tua look like Joe Montana, and we gave up 28 points in 12 minutes... I am thrilled.

Check out the episode now!!!

Much Love,

I am back to recap episode 2 of the Detroit Lions Hard Knocks!!

We also get to learn about David Blough and his Olympian wife, as well as see the first pre-season game for the Lions.

It was yet another great episode, I hope you like this one as well!
