Hello Everyone!!
I am extremely proud of the this episode as I am joined by Canadian Olympian Maddison Pearman!
She is a speed skating sensation from the small Alberta town of Ponoka! We discuss her history with the sport, the strategy and techniques involved, also the training involved.
We also talk all about her Olympic experience in Beijing, China! We cover everything from the food to the athletes village, and the competition itself!
I really hope you enjoy this episode, I was blessed to have her sit down with me, and am honored to have her representing my home nation on the international scene!

Welcome back to the Always Moving Podcast Universe!
In this episode I am joined by longtime friend of the show and low-key co-host Dusan Krstic about his recent trip to California!
It had been his first trip since the pandemic, and he never knew how important travel was in his life until now.
I had a great conversation with him about the trip, leaving and re-entering Canada.
At the end we brush up on the NBA Trade Deadline, as well as the fan favorite Rapid Fire to close out the episode!
Enjoy and thank you for the continued support!
Much Love,
Lyndon Suvanto
Hello All!
I am back and this time I am chatting with Milan Laban all things Water Polo!
It's a sport that I knew about, but the details and rules escaped me!
It's super interesting, and without a doubt the most tiring sport on the planet.
Can you swim for 2 hours? Because I sure as hell can't!
I hope you enjoy the episode and hopefully learn something about his sport!
Much Love,
Lyndon Suvanto

Happy New Year Friends and Foes!
I hope everybody had a nice vacation and spent time with family and loved ones!
In this episode I share how Alyssa and I adapted to the news that our original plans of travelling to New York City to meet some friends was derailed by the pandemic!
Instead we stayed here in Florida, went to Busch Gardens, saw Giannis play in person, ate lobster rolls and went to our first college football bowl game, the Outback Bowl!
Hope you enjoy, talk soon!
Much Love,
Lyndon Suvanto
