Governor Mike DesWine of Ohio has implemented new orders for different counties around Ohio dispite the death rate from COVID continuing to decline, however he has carved out specific groups who are exempt from these rules. Then admist all this, he announces that a member of his staff who has been in quaranteen since the beginning of covid now has contracted the virus.

In most countries around the globe it's the government who decides (at an early age) what the educational and career path of their citizens will be, only allowing a select few to enter university while everyone else is slated to go directly into the laborforce.
