Uber could perhaps be considered positively disruptive.

Kim suggests that rather than disruption, Uber is an example of creative innovation.

The situation with the Syrian refugees could easily be considered purposeful disruption.

By bringing in these refugees and paying for them to come here, are we funding our own demise?
