In answer she joined the United States Marine Corps in 1967.

Many pople are promoting the idea of Socialism in America.

The idea of Socialism is not compaitable with the American idea.

Socialism requires force, which obviously translates to a loss of freedoms.

Former Colorado governor John Hickenlooper has now twice spoken against socialism in America in recent public events.

While he speaks against the idea of socialism, his policies certainly seemed to lean in a socialist direction.

It is hard to believe that he is genuine in his critique.

Why is the Colorado Tax Payers Bill of Rights (TABOR) under constant assulat?

Because TABOR forces tranparency in government.

Not all fees are actual fees.

In fact, most government fees are in fact taxes.

The free market is meant to pick winnerts and losers.

Government gets in the way when it picks winners and losers.

What is good mental health and how can we attain it?

Jim Lewis, counselor with Southwest Counseling Associates (southwestcounseling.org), joins Kim, again, for another important conversation about mental health.

Jim and Kim will delve into three topics:

1) Mental health can be seriously misused, but it’s a real thing;

2) Christianity promotes mental health in ways that secular humanism does not;

3) Christians need to be challenged in key areas to bring God’s grace to the arena of mental health.

Are we in "late phase capitalism"?

New Denver City council member Candi CdeBaca believes so.

Her solution is "community ownership of land, labor, resources and distribution of those resources".

It should be noted that on the website for the Candi CdeBaca campaign she thanks Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

Despite promoting very Communist ideas, CdeBaca recently claimed she is not a Communist.

Social Security expansion could shrink our economy by more than one trillion dollars.

Colorado tax payers will pay $225 million annually into the fund.

PERA members will also have to pay more into the fund.
