It is important that we understand what is in this document and from where it is that our rights come from.

Kim and Molly will continue their on going series making their way through the preamble of the Constitution of the United States.

On Kim's radar: Colorado governor John Hickenlooper looks to spend one hundred million dollars on bike paths in Colorado.

On Molly's radar: The safety of our police.

Mr. Pendley dedicates himself to fighting for justice, he shares with us what he believes our founding fathers meant by when writing in the preamble that one of their goals was to "establish justice".

Mr. Pendley also speaks to the effort by Mountain States Legal Foundation to restore the free speech rights of teachers (Friedrichs v. California Teachers Association).
