GROUND ZERO: NOTRE DAME

TONIGHT WE TALK TO RANDALL TERRY ON THE SCENE

The campus of Notre Dame will be ground zero this weekend, when Obama addresses the Class of 2009 at the Catholic University and will receive an honorary degree. Many seniors refuse to attend their own commencement in protest.

Tonight we're talking to Randall Terry, founder of Operation Rescue. Randy is at Notre Dame where he's been protesting Obama's visit based on the president's views and votes on abortion and other life issues.

Atty Mario Apuzzo and plaintiff Charles Kerchner update us on their lawsuit challenging Barack Obama's eligibility to be president targets Congress as a defendant for its "failure" to uphold the constitutional demand to make sure Obama qualified before approving the Electoral College vote that actually designated him as the occupant of the Oval Office.

Two years ago his protest sign was rudely snatched from his hands and he was taken to jail becuase he dared call a criminal employer of illegal aliens exactly what he presented himself to be: A cheap bastard. What came next is unbelievable. Terry Funderburk joins us tonight with the story of The Lone Protester.

Richard Lowry, author and military historian, talks about Perfect Valor, the new documentary about the Iraq War. We'll get his take on today's announcement Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates asked for the resignation of Gen. David McKiernan, the top U.S. Commander in Afghanistan.
