David Black is highly educated in the field of political science, has years of experience practicing law for workers, serves on the board of Habitat for Humanity, and has volunteered his time assisting asylum seekers.  David is a long time Green Party activist serving as Party Secretary and as the candidate for Illinois Attorney General in 1996 and 2000.   He is now the 2020 candidate in Illinois for the U.S. Senate.  You can learn more about his campaign and platform at davidblackforsenate.org.  

Joseph Naham is running to represent New York's 4th Congressional District in the U.S. House.  Joe is a life long Nassau County Resident, National Delegate (Alt) of the Green Party of the United States, Committee member for the Green Party of New York State, Chairperson of The Green Party of Nassau County, and Co Chair of the Environmental Committee of the Beach to Bay Civic Association (Umbrella Civics association). As a lifelong Green, he's organized Anti War rallies at Nassau Community College when he was 20, volunteered at Camp Anchor which is a facility that cares for children who have handicaps, managed four farmers markets in Nassau and Suffolk County for nearly a decade, volunteered to build community gardens, and worked on farms.  He's also a member of the SPAT program (A Cornell Cooperative Extension facility dedicated to shellfish restoration) and as Chairperson of The GPNC he has organized monthly meetings with topical events and presentations.  He's also met and worked with local governmental officers as GP Chair, and B2B Co Chair with the intention of environmental and social justice action.

Cassandra is the Green Party candidate running to represent Connecticut's 2nd Congressional District.  She's a lifelong social justice activist, an executive officer in the Windham/ Willimantic NAACP, founder of Willimantic Rainbow Connection, an LGBTQ+ group, currently serves on Windham’s Zoning Board of Appeals, and brings 15 years of public school experience to her political run.  The three cornerstones of her campaign and platform are People, Peace, and Planet.   Her campaign site is cass4congress.rocks and she can be heard right here, right now!  Check it out!

Justin Paglino is an MD, PhD who recently transitioned from science and virology to dedicate more time to political activism. Steve is running for Congress in NY's 19th Congressional District as the Green Party candidate.  Steve Greenfield is a veteran volunteer firefighter, a two-term School Board member, an experienced advocate of legislation through many years of service in the Ulster County Volunteer Firefighters Association, the New York State School Boards Association, and as Chair of the New Paltz Central School District Legislative Action Committee, as well as an Eagle Scout, and an independent contractor going back to his first job as a morning bicycle delivery boy for the Daily News when he was 15. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Columbia -- a knowledge base much more urgently needed in Congress today than that of a corporate lawyer, as both major parties have once again nominated in NY-19.  Greenfield's motto is simple: cut the crap and solve the problem. 

Madelyn Hoffman is running for the U.S. Senate representing New Jersey.  She's spent decades showing leadership and hard work with environmental and peace causes along with involvement with the Green Party.  Listen to her on what she'll fight for that her opponents won't.

Daniel T. Kim is running for Freeholder in Bergen County, NJ.  He is on the ballot with the slogan "NOT ME. US"  Daniel Kim has been a resident of Bergen County (Palisades Park, Ridgewood, and Paramus) since 1998. He is a graduate of Emory University with a Bachelor's in Chemistry and Mathematics/Economics and currently working as an technology consultant for a global professional services firm.  As the chair of Our Revolution of Bergen County, he has been at the forefront of local social and political activism. His Christian faith drives his passion to fight for the most vulnerable and give voice to the voiceless. He views that the greed ingrained in our culture has led to our systematic problems, preventing us from tackling the most pressing issues in our generation, such as money in politics, wealth inequality, healthcare, sustainable net-zero energy, and responsible growth of technology (e.g. automation). With this mindset, he seeks to bring a data-driven, 21st-century applicable, and people-first policy approach.

Al Granell is a former Councilman in North Arlington, NJ, 2016 Bernie Sanders Delegate, and on the ballot as a Delegate for Bernie Sanders in the 2020 Democratic Primary.  We'll dive into what it means to be a Delegate and why voting in the primary still matters.
