The Anime Pad Podcast

Hi all,

We were invited to Anime NYC 2019 and got a ton of interviews. We have been talking bad about Deku for a little while now. Especially Deku in Season 4 will really go through some trials that are more than just physical. Justin Briner decided to call my card and sat down with us and some other reporters. We talk about many of his other roles too. Check out the Conference and maybe he answered one of your many questions.

In this episode, we wanted to recap all of the great anime that we came upon during the Summer 2019 season. We discuss what we liked, what we didn't like, and things we didn't finish. Next, we talk about some Tokusatsu with Kamen Rider Zero-One, moving on to a company we love CSToys International, then quickly cons and more.

The ending theme song is Tuxedo Kamen (Outro) from Chosen of the moon by Natsu Fuji

Saint Louis Science Center and Anime Saint Louis hosted the First Friday: Pokemon Edition event. There were a ton of Pokemon attractions/stations, vendors, a wild Mewto, and Pokemon Go action going on all day.

Let's not forget that they invited the great one and only Eric Stuart the English voice actor of Brock and James (Team Rocket) from Pokemon. Eric Stuart has also done many other roles with two of my favorites being Seto Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh and Gourry from Slayers. Eric is also the leader of the Eric Stuart band that has toured with many rock legends. Check out our wonderful Interview.
