This is audio from a video posted on YouTube, you can find the original here: https://youtu.be/H7VGkQ1wdYE

Award-winning series Made in Abyss is praised for its painstakingly crafted worldbuilding and heart-wrenching stories. But between questionable depictions of young characters, truly disturbing scenes, and the 'desires' of the creator on full display, fans have questioned the integrity of the anime and manga. I'll be diving into the controversies of the series and exploring if certain depictions are "realistic" or just plain weird.

Anime is full of cliché and strange archetypes but one that doesn’t seem to get enough attention is the drunk girl trope. Why are so many women in anime alcoholics? And what inspires creators to continue having these types of characters? Let’s talk about it.

Full list of anime and manga is mentioned below. After watching “The Decline of Shojo Anime” by Colleen’s Manga Recs, I was inspired to create this video breaking down more reasons why Shojo anime is becoming rare, and why it might not ever make a full return.

Keiko Nobumoto is a screen writer that you may not have known was responsible for some of the greatest characters in anime history! Here's a little introduction to the woman behind Cowboy Bebop, Tokyo Godfathers and Wolf's Rain in honor of her memory.

I'm sick of anime...

Well not really, but I am sick of the avalanche of anime we get every season, most of which isn't that great, all because people are not getting paid fairly. There are so many things that anime fans don't know about all the questionable and terrible things behind the scenes of our favorite anime. I think people need to know the truth behind what they watch in order to really appreciate and understand the medium, so... here's the truth.

Update: TNM removed the original videos, I linked he's most updated video below. Hey all, I'm not much of a news person, in fact I purposely try to avoid it. But when I head about Totally Not Mark having 150 videos removed from his YouTube Channel it really struck a cord with me. So in this episode I dive into the one question no one seems to be asking about all of this, what does this mean for big and small Youtubers alike, and how can creators protect their work from something like this?
