Sometimes the best way to make your life better, is to make your kid’s life better! Studies show that kids fall asleep easier, and stay asleep longer if they read stories about animals. Today on Wellness Wednesday, Anna and Raven write their own animal stories to help get your little one to sleep!

What’s the strangest place you’ve ever fallen asleep? 1 in 4 Americans suffer from insomnia, but not Anna and Raven! Anna falls asleep in the pickup line at her daughter’s school every day, and Raven can even fall asleep at the dentist! But one caller fell asleep somewhere that almost got her locked up in a foreign country.

Lots of people label their lunch at work, but few people go to this extreme. Anna noticed that one coworker is doing something unexpected to keep their lunch untouched!

People can be jerks at the grocery store, and definitely in the parking lot! But if you react to people’s rudeness like this, that’s all I need to know about you! (2:52)

What crazy thing did your parents let you do as a kid? Anna grew up with strict immigrant parents, but they miraculously allowed her to go to Cancun as a senior in High School! You won’t believe what one caller’s Dad let him do when he said he wanted to join the airforce! (29:12)

Ava’s mother moved in after they had their first baby to help them out. It’s been three months and she hasn't even mentioned moving back home. Her husband, Ryan, thinks she's overstayed her welcome and it's time for his mother-in-law to leave. She disagrees. She doesn't bother them, she helps tremendously with their son, she even cleans around the house. She's enjoying having her mom, what's the big deal?
