Brenda and Rich's recently divorced neighbor is constantly calling Rich to come over and help with the simplest of household issues. First, the drain wouldn't drain. Then a week later she called to see if he could get a bird out of the chimney. This week she called because her washing machine wasn't working, and she didn't know what to do. Brenda says no more, tell her to call a handyman. He says that he's being neighborly plus, after the divorce he offered to help if she needed it.
