Trauma Bonding
Are you chasing love or relief?
Why is it so difficult to let go of someone who repeatedly hurts you? And what if you are not chasing love, but the relief you feel when the pain stops?
Trauma bonding can keep you emotionally attached through cycles of affection, silence, rejection, broken promises and hope. You hold on to the beautiful moments, waiting for things to change, while slowly losing trust in your own feelings and judgment.
But the person who causes your pain can also become the person you turn to for relief, making it even harder to break free.
Sometimes you are not holding on because the relationship is good for you. You are holding on because letting go feels more frightening than staying.
And the shift begins when you stop confusing temporary relief with genuine love and emotional safety

You want love, but can you handle it?
You say you want consistency, commitment and emotional availability. But when love finally shows up, can you receive it, or do you start questioning, pulling away or looking for what is missing?
Sometimes the biggest block in love is not finding the right person, but recognizing the patterns that keep you from receiving what you have been asking for.
Are you truly ready to receive love, or do you just want to keep chasing it?

Heart & Soulbreak - When Love Ends, But Your Soul Begins to Awaken
Just because it ended does not mean it was not real. Even betrayal does not erase the love that may have existed before it.
Heartbreak is not just losing someone. It is losing the future you imagined, questioning everything you believed, and sometimes losing yourself along the way.
But what if your deepest pain is also revealing your deepest spiritual lesson?
I will go beyond moving on. Into the real hurt, the spiritual purpose, the healing, and the power of choosing yourself without closing your heart to love. Because healing is not about forgetting who you loved. It is about remembering who you are

When you spiral in love, you stop responding to what is actually happening and start responding to what you fear might happen. Chasing, interpreting, overthinking, forcing an outcome, or pulling away can all be different sides of the same thing: trying to feel safe.
Learn the difference between intuition and fear, anxious and avoidant spiraling, why chasing can push love away, how boundaries bring you back to yourself, and why sometimes the strongest move is to stop forcing and trust what is being shown to you 💛

Love Bombing
They see you. They choose you. They move fast and it feels like finally. Finally you don´t have to work for love.
But intensity is not intimacy. I go deep into what love bombing really is, how it can quietly turn manipulative, why it hits anxious hearts the hardest, and why the love bombers almost always leave. We look at it from every side....the one who fell, the one who bombed, and the deeper part of you it's asking you to see.
