Montoya and Judge Emilio Chavez, who Criminally Violated Angelo's Constitutional Rights by refusing to let him bond out of jail for 9 months; That's Corruption in Office and Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law by these two officials, D.A. Montoya and Chavez. Angelo was also seriously injured by the two Taos police officers who Falsely Arrested Angelo when they used Excessive Force Resulting in Great Bodily Harm to Angelo; I already have told the FBI about this.
