Marcus J. Montoya and Town of Taos Police Officers Gilbert Blea and Bryan Garcia, the two officers used Excessive Force on Angelo Santistevan, throwing Angelo into the pavement, cutting his head and this injury bled alot, it could be a Traumatic Brain Injury; FBI should Arrest Judge Emilio Chavez, D.A. Marcus J. Montoya, Taos Police Officers Gilbert Blea and Bryan Garcia, for Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law, because between the four of them they have Criminally Violated Angelo Santistevan's rights, subjected Angelo to Cruel and Unusual Punishment and they have kept Angelo Santistevan in False Imprisonment for more than 8 months.
