Maybe you’ve already tried therapy and you’re wondering why nervous system coaching would be any different.
Or maybe you know you need support, but you have no freaking clue whether you should be looking for a therapist, a coach, or something completely different.
Either way, the real question is: what kind of support actually matches what you’re trying to change?
In this episode of The Anxiety Party, Kerry breaks down the real difference between talk therapy and nervous system coaching, including the goals, structure, tools, level of support, and types of problems each one is designed to help with.
Kerry covers:
This isn’t about therapy being better than coaching or coaching being better than therapy.
They’re different types of support designed for different goals.
Whether you’ve spent years in therapy or you’re just now deciding where to start, this episode will help you figure out what kind of support actually makes sense for where you are now and where you want to go.
If you listen and realize The Neuro Babe Club is exactly what you’ve been looking for, you can find Kerry on Instagram @kerrygreenofficial and send her a DM.

What if the anxiety, overthinking, body checking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, boundary guilt, scarcity AND self-sabotage you’ve been treating like separate problems are actually coming from the same deeper pattern?
In this episode of The Anxiety Party, Kerry breaks down how one survival pattern can show up in completely different areas of your life, making it feel like there’s always something new to fix.
You’ll hear why saying yes when you mean no, spiraling over a text, scanning your body for symptoms, replaying one awkward sentence after a meeting, or pulling back the second something good happens may not be random at all.
This episode is about the moment you stop asking, “Why am I like this?” and start seeing the learned pattern underneath it.
Kerry also shares why knowing better isn’t always enough, how survival responses can start feeling like personality, and what begins to change when you realize that who you learned to become is not who you’re required to stay.
If you’ve spent years trying to manage anxiety, health anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, boundaries, overthinking, or self-sabotage separately, this episode may help you see the connection you’ve been missing.

What if what you’ve been calling anxiety, burnout, lack of motivation, or “just how I am” is actually high-functioning dissociation?
In this episode of The Anxiety Party, Kerry shares her personal experience with dissociation, from freezing and losing access to her voice as a kid to becoming an extremely high-functioning woman who looked completely fine on the outside while feeling very different internally.
She also shares the most dangerous dissociative episode of her life and why understanding dissociation as a protective nervous system response completely changed the way she saw herself.
Kerry breaks down:
The goal isn’t to become better at managing dissociation.
It’s to get to the point where you can experience stress, triggers, bad days, joy, excitement, anger, love and everything in between without disappearing inside of any of it.

You might think you’re “not an angry person,” but what if you actually learned a long time ago that anger wasn’t safe to feel?
In this episode of The Anxiety Party, Kerry breaks down five signs that trapped or suppressed anger may be keeping you stuck in anxiety, obsessive thoughts, chronic pain, physical symptoms, self-criticism, and constant irritability.
Kerry also explains why immediately trying to calm yourself down, forgive, reframe, or “love and light” your way through anger can sometimes become another form of self-abandonment.
Inside the episode, Kerry covers how anger can get turned inward, why you might feel guilty every time someone upsets you, the connection between suppressed anger and being highly self-critical, why you may feel constantly on edge or snappy, and what actually helps you start changing the pattern.
You’ll also learn the three pieces Kerry uses to work through anger differently: releasing it from the body with anger-specific somatic tools, changing the beliefs that make anger feel wrong or unsafe, and learning how to express what you actually feel without exploding, overexplaining, or feeling like an asshole afterward.
Because nervous system healing is not about becoming so regulated that nothing ever pisses you off. It’s about becoming someone who can feel anger, listen to what it is telling you, move it through your body, and stop turning it against yourself.

In this episode of The Anxiety Party, Kerry sits down with her dear friend, former student, and now colleague Kora Burchard, an IBS coach and nutrition specialist with a master’s in nutrition and integrative health. Kora helps ambitious women heal their IBS without unnecessary restriction by combining nutrition, lifestyle support, and nervous system regulation.
Kora shares her own story of going from being a healthy, active college student to experiencing debilitating digestive symptoms, ER visits, severe bloating, constipation, food intolerances, and eventually an IBS diagnosis. She also shares what finally changed when she stopped looking at gut health as ONLY a physical problem and began addressing the gut-brain connection too.
In this episode, Kerry and Kora talk about:
Because healing your gut isn’t about creating an even longer list of foods you’re afraid to eat.
It’s about building a body that feels resilient enough for you to eat, travel, go out to dinner, take opportunities, and actually live your freaking life again.

What if your pain is completely real…without meaning your body is still damaged?
In today’s episode of The Anxiety Party, Kerry breaks down how chronic pain can continue after an injury has healed, why the brain and nervous system play such a huge role in pain, and how fear, body scanning, tension and even the language you use can keep the pain alarm turned up.
Kerry also shares how she spent over 20 years believing her debilitating chronic pain was caused by scoliosis—until she healed her nervous system, released years of stress and fear from her body, and her pain went away even though she still had scoliosis.
In this episode, Kerry talks about:
Inside The Neuro Babe Club, Kerry helps women work with the whole loop: nervous system healing, physical tension release, fear-based thinking, body trust and identity.

What if some of the things keeping your anxiety turned up have absolutely nothing to do with your thoughts?
In today’s episode of The Anxiety Party, Kerry is breaking down 7 sneaky things that may be making your anxiety worse—including a few you probably have NEVER thought about.
We’re talking posture. Fascia. Food. Overworking. Movement. Minerals. And even the way some of your “healthy” habits might actually be adding more stress to your system.
And no, this is not your invitation to create another 47-step healing routine and become hypervigilant about doing everything perfectly.
Quite the opposite.
These are simple ways to understand your body better, support your nervous system, and make it easier for your body to finally get out of survival mode.
In this episode, Kerry talks about:
Because sometimes feeling better isn’t about finding another complicated protocol. It’s about finally understanding what your body has been asking you for all along—and giving it what it needs consistently enough that feeling good starts becoming your NORMAL.
And that’s exactly the kind of work Kerry does inside The Neuro Babe Club.

And if this episode made you think of someone who is doing all the things for their anxiety but still can’t figure out what they’re missing, send it to them.
You are bone-tired. You KNOW you need to slow down. And yet the second you finally sit on the couch, take the day off, or try to do absolutely nothing…your brain speeds up, your body gets restless, and suddenly you’re thinking about the 47 things you should be doing instead. So what's actually happening?
In this episode of The Anxiety Party, I’m breaking down why your body can actually resist rest when you’ve been living in survival mode for too long.
Because sometimes the problem isn’t that you need more sleep, a better nighttime routine, another supplement, or more discipline around “self-care.”
Your nervous system has simply gotten so used to GO GO GO that slowing down feels unfamiliar. And unfamiliar doesn’t always feel safe.
We’re talking about how chronic stress and allostatic load build up in the body, why high-achieving women can feel simultaneously wired AND completely exhausted, and why you can technically be “resting” while your body is still running on adrenaline.
But more importantly, we’re talking about what becomes possible when your body finally learns that it’s safe to turn off.
And you finally get to be present for your actual life instead of physically being there while your nervous system is somewhere fighting a tiger.
In this episode, we’re getting into:
Because the goal isn’t just to become better at resting.
It’s to get out of survival mode so completely that you don’t need adrenaline to run your life anymore.
If you’re ready to stop running on fumes and actually heal this at the root, The Neuro Babe Club is my six-month program designed to help you get out of survival mode, get your natural energy back, and finally feel safe enough to rest physically, mentally, and emotionally.

If you’ve been doing all the things for your anxiety but still feel like you’re managing it instead of actually moving past it, there’s probably a reason.
In this episode of The Anxiety Party, I’m breaking down the six non-negotiables for reversing anxiety and getting your body and brain out of the same anxiety cycle for good.
We’re talking about why nervous system regulation has to come first, why regulating your body without changing your thoughts isn’t enough, how your boundaries and capacity may be keeping you stuck in survival mode, and the identity piece almost nobody talks about.
I’m also getting into what happens when you stop outsourcing your healing, learn to trust your body again, and finally move beyond making your entire life about becoming “less anxious.”
Because the goal isn’t just less anxiety. It’s getting your energy, confidence, self-trust, freedom, creativity, ambition, relationships, travel, hobbies, and LIFE back.
In this episode, we cover:
As you listen, write down all six and ask yourself: Which one am I missing?
Because once you see the missing pieces, it becomes a whole lot clearer why everything you’ve tried hasn’t created the permanent change you’ve been looking for.
If you listen and realize you’re ready to actually plug those holes, send me a DM on Instagram and tell me which step you’ve been missing.
This is exactly what we work through inside The Neuro Babe Club, using my complete Neuro Babe Method to help you move beyond anxiety, survival mode, chronic symptoms and the identity keeping you stuck there.
Send Kerry a DM @kerrygreenofficial and let her know what steps you've been missing!
Financial stress is real. Maybe your income has been inconsistent, debt is piling up, you’re worried about layoffs, or looking at your bank account instantly sends you into a panic spiral.
But the state of your nervous system determines what you do next.
When you’re stuck in survival mode, your brain becomes obsessed with problems. You overthink, catastrophize, make impulsive decisions, or feel so overwhelmed that you can’t see a way forward.
When your nervous system is regulated, you can access solutions, creativity, confidence, and the capacity to handle whatever is happening without allowing it to completely derail your life.
In this episode of The Anxiety Party, I’m sharing how nervous system dysregulation impacts your relationship with money, why financial stress can push you into contraction, and how regulation allows you to move into expansion.
We’re talking about:
You do not need every stressful situation in your life to disappear before you can feel peaceful, energized, inspired, and confident.
You can have real stress in your life without allowing it to rock you to your core.
Ready to Move From Contraction to Expansion?Inside The Expansion, you’ll receive:
This is designed to help you feel calmer, think more clearly, handle stress differently, and stop allowing anxiety to control your choices, confidence, and quality of life.
