HAPPY MONDAY! Ever been scrolling through Instagram and wondering what it's like living the life of an Instagrammer? Well honey, I'm here to tell you it ain't all that great. I have been in the Instagram world for almost 4 years now and I'm kinda just over it. This episode is all about social media and how much I have grown to despise it over the years. I talk about when I first started my Instagram account and why I wanted to get into it in the first place (spoiler: yes I wanted to be insta famous. Don't we all at some point?). I delve into the behind the scenes of Instagram and what comes with being an influencer - free stuff, shocker. You'll hear me exposing "influencers" and how easy it is to become one these days. Don't worry I'm not *really* pulling an Essena O'Neill, just sharing both sides of the platform. Enjoy, it's a juicy one!
Happy Monday Hunnies! Boy do I have a gooden in store for you guys today. In today’s episode I chat with one of my childhood best friends and long lost sister, Liz Bolton, whom I met and befriended back in my Darwin days. We go all over the shop today, coverage topics about anything and everything, starting with anxiety in competitive sports, calisthenics in particular. Calisthenics is how we met and actually where we share the same anxiety in stage performances, talking about how it affected us in both a team and solo environment. Liz also opens up about where her anxiety stemmed from and how it has affected her friendships and home life. It also gets a bit juicy with Liz sharing some family stories that you most likely won’t believe, but honey, they’re real. Enjoy!

You know the drill, happy Monday! This ep I had the pleasure of chatting with one of Instagram's finest, Liv! Liv has close to 20k followers and is incredibly real and raw about her struggles with all things anxiety on her page. Early this year Liv suffered with severe acne issues which almost took over her entire life, making her experience the lowest of lows she ever has in her life. She opens up about absolutely everything, getting very raw with her emotions at the time and how it all affected her mental state. Her story will be relatable to so many of you and I was so blessed to be able to have her on this episode. Hope you guys love it and her as much as I do!

HAPPYYYYY MONDAAAAYYYY!! We have a couple of Caitl(i/y)n's in this episode (myself and my very special guest) so try not to get too confused. Caitlyn (not myself) opens up about her past struggles with anxiety, including being admitted into hospital during high school as a result of it. She also delves into the world of psychologists and how important it is to see one (definitely aimed this one at stubborn ol' me) and the benefits behind it. We also talk about Caitlyn's very new love life after 2 years of being single, as well as touching on my dating life and new found account on Bumble. ANYHOO! I hope you enjoy this episode, lots of love! xx

It's that time of the week again!! In today's episode I am joined by my number 1 gal pal and bestest friend in the whole world, MUMMA BEAR! She talks about what it's like being in a relationship with someone who suffers with depression and how to handle it when it times get tough. I ask her what it was like having her daughter suffering with anxiety and depression when living on opposite sides of the country, and the effects that can have on a mother. We also discuss losing a parent at a young age, as well as talk about what it was like growing up in the 60s/70s. And if you're lucky enough to make it through to the end, mum spills some childhood secrets about yours truly. ENJOY!
HAPPY MONDAY! This episode gets super deep into my past flings and relationships exposing EVERYTHING. I talk about how mental health has impacted my dating life in the past and what it has caused me to do because of it. There's little stories about all my past "relationships" that may also make you hate men but there is a silver lining at the end of it all. ENJOY!
