The S.H.A.R.P.E. ratio: adjusted returns based on volatility and risk. Multi-family assets are at the top of the list, they weather storms VERY well. They provide great returns, even in a recession (usually) and have a very low level of volatility.

Tate goes solo on location to Albuquerque and sits down with investor Shawn Winslow to discuss global events as they've been developing before our eyes. We recorded this hours after the Governor of Massachusetts declared a state of emergency. Shawn was about to board a plane for Boston, so the impact was hitting home.
