Today we are exploring a centre in Human Design that 70% (+) of the population have undefined. The heart centre. 

I speak about:

-In the 1770s, the heart chakra in the traditional Chakra system mutated and split into two energy centre in what is now the human design body graph: the G (identity) centre and the Heart (will) centre.

-What the Heart centre is

-How current world events are reshaping and clearing the Heart energy centre on a collective level

These times are unsettling. Uneasy. Unstable. Our world as we knew it is crashing down, coming to a halt. 

The astrology of April is potent. There is a lot happening: Mercury is out of its shadow- will we get some (slightly clearer) answers? I think so. Saturn and Mars start the month in a conjunction- that was always going to feel a little intense. But we are up for it? Yes. Pluto and Jupiter asks us to let go and stop trying to control things we ultimately have no control over. We have a sweet Libra full moon that might feel slightly salty, and a Taurus new moon that can get us connected to our unique self care needs. Not the self care "have tos" we've had forced upon us. What is actually good for you? This new moon might reveal the answers.

The fear and confusion floating around right now is rampant. Things have not been working as they have been going. This virus is a wake up call for the collective. Things need to change, and we can no longer put our power outside of ourselves into the hands of the "powers that be" to change things for us. This virus is a reminder of us all to take self-responsibility. And responsiblity for changing the bedrock of the systems that cannot, and are not, holding up against the spread of this virus.

Fear driven action: doing things that you don't want to do, or feel like doing, or that don't feel good to you- because you are scared that if you don't, something bad will happen. The major focus of this episode is on the 3 channels connecting the spleen (the energy centre in the human design chart that holds our most basic survival fears) with the root (the centre that holds our drive and adrenaline). When we first learn about being a projector we can tend to zoom in and focus on the potential limitations that it brings us. How not having the sacral energy of generators makes us less able to work in the way that the modern world asks of us. But being a projector has so many unique and insane gifts and powers and this podcast has the intention of changing the conversation so that when we first meet a projector, we empower them. We tell them everything they do WELL and like nobody else, rather than how being a "non-energy being" makes them tired a lot.
