A human with unique emotional needs, unique rhythms, unique ways of thinking and being. So today we are chatting about how and why I created a lunar and transit journal to track my experience of the cosmos through the month, through the year. So that you can create one too. 

Bring it back to yourself. To understand your own patterns on a deeper basis. A means of daily reflection, even if you don't notice any particular patterns at first.

It is also a way to understand transits on a deeper level, and a means of self-education, if you want to use astrology in your work.
