Friendship breakups can be deadly, and yet, we stay in them for way longer then we should simply because "breaking up" seems like something you only do in romantic relationships. In this episode, I talk about the signs of toxic friendships, along with the steps you can take to not only get out of them, but heal from them. Or, if you have no friends, I speak on the struggles that come with that and how you can start making some without it being at your expense.
