Through an unsolicited application, James Packer is now building one of the biggest developments in one of the nicest spots in Sydney. I caught up with Joe Agius, president of the NSW chapter of the Australian Institute of Architects to find out how the development at Barangaroo will be changing the urban space on the waterfront.
