In Argyle's darkest days, with the club teetering on the edge of liquidation, step forward James Brent.

In October 2011, James stepped in to help save the club from oblivion and began the process of turning Argyle's fortunes around. 

In the eight years he was at the top, he saw the club promoted, take on Liverpool in the Emirates FA Cup and become financially stable.

James left the place in a better place than he found it and now watches on, as a fan, enjoying the progress we have seen in the four years since he ended his association.
