This week we find out all about Darren Way.

Born in Plymouth, Darren began his professional footballing career 350 miles away in Norwich. He speaks about making his way as a 15 year old across the country to train and play.

His playing career was cut short by a life threatening car crash and he speaks about that day, the aftermath and how he thought he wouldn't survive.

Now in charge of the youngsters at Argyle, he hopes to help the next generation of players begin their footballing lives.
