In the Summer of 2016 Sonya decided to "just go." Everything in her life was falling apart and she was despirate to get away from everything. She had longed for adventure and travel since she was a child but that seemed like the kind of frivelous thing that people did when they weren't busy being responsible in an overbooked, and taxing existence. In retrospect, she calls this time of her life the Divine Disorder that lead her to her first Vision Quest. But what is a Vison Quest, and how can solo travel help women step into their true power? What does building a relationship with Nature and what do soul mates have to do with any of it? Join us on a journey of self-discovery as Sony teaches us how following our heart's desires is actually the most important decision of our lives.

Paul Vernon found himself alone, and unemployed on the streets of Houston, Texas. He had become complacent and comfortable in alcoholism and homelessness as a way of numbing out everything. At a certain point he realized that his world had narrowed down to two options- to either continue down a path of self- destruction or change. Paul chose change.
Follow Paul on a journey of recovering his true self as he discovers the internal roots of the external behaviors. Paul makes a profound distinction between abstaining and true sobriety. Learn how practices of self- care and compassion taught him how to love himself and build a relationship with his Higher Power. No matter what our hurts and hang ups are in life, most can be traced back to detrimental beliefs we formed as children. Paul teaches us that what we learned can also be unlearned and replaced with new lessons that empower and enrich our lives.
The program and community that Paul found in Serenity Star was a turning point in his life. Check out the amazing work that they are doing! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZy0DK5tIjY
Paul seeks to build community and support through his service work and outreach. This was his first post after being reborn into the world with true sobriety. outhttps://www.facebook.com/paul.vernon.334/posts/10213240091051158
Google image the word "sensitivity" and you will get pictures of crying people, toothaches and fragile objects. Culturally, we often equate sensitivity with weakness rather than understanding it as a trait like eye or hair color. Join Kera Marie and Jon Renuart, fellow artists and entrepreneurs as well as Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP). Explore what being wired for sensitivity actually means, and why they are particularly qualified to teach you tools for identifying, and moving through emotions. As social creatures, we all have emotions and would benefit from having a healthy relationship with them. These tools apply across the board, regardless of where you fall on the sensitivity spectrum.

Stephanie McAliffe worked on Wall Street. She was anxious, wound up and isolated. Her husband was in rehab and she felt the stigma associated living with an alcoholic. Despite her efforts to break the family patterns, she was now the 4th generation of women who had grown up with and lived with alcoholics. In some ways it is hard for me to believe that this is where my serene and empowered friend, Stephanie came from. I know her as Anjel and she truly is an angel to me and the women she servers. I see the person who has been shaped by these experiences. But what do ice cubes, finding her pain threshold, and Oracle cards have to do with her journey to becoming the speaker, author and healer that I know her as?
Check out her new book! The Message in the Bottle: Finding Hope and Peace Amidst the Chaos of Living with an Alcoholic www.stephaniebmcauliffe.com

One early July morning, Shaileigh McEwen found herself deep in the wilderness of the California Sierra Nevada Mountains. She didn't have a phone, and she hadn't been able to keep any food worth mentioning down for the last 48 hours and she was starting to see spots. 13 more arduous miles up the side of that mountain stood between Shai and the closest thing she could call to civilization in the last 3 months. She was sick and weak. And she was excited and determined! How did Costa Rica, dancing the Nae Nae, and discovering her own emotional internal workings culminate in this particular moment in her life? Walk this path with us as Shai shares her story and and learn from the life lessons that she has taken to heart. "Eat some strawberries" and "be happy!"
