No football this week... and somehow things get even more chaotic!

With Hector still missing somewhere in Brazil, the Host, Mick and Eamon take a break from World Cup chat for an episode packed with laughs. 

Mick finds himself in a battle of wits with a smart speaker that's a little too clever for his liking, while Eamon's "quick trip" to IKEA for one bookcase turns into an unforgettable flat-pack adventure.

Throw in a few questionable life choices, plenty of slagging, and the ongoing mystery of Hector's whereabouts, and you've got an Arkham Avengers episode that's proof you don't always need football to have a good laugh.

The Arkham Avengers panel wraps up its deep dive into the chip strategies of this season's top Fantasy managers as they finally reveal how the league champions plotted their route to glory. Were the Wildcards perfectly timed? Did the Triple Captain pay off? And which manager squeezed every last point from their Bench Boost?

Away from Fantasy Football, the lads catch up on the latest twists and surprises from the World Cup, with a special nod to France for Eamon, while Hector continues to file ...no....reports from somewhere in Brazil...the panel are wondering if he might have ditched the show.

Expect football chat, questionable opinions, plenty of laughs and the usual Arkham Avengers banter as another season retrospective rolls on.

Episode 5 sees the Arkham Avengers panel continue their forensic investigation into the FPL managers, this time analysing the chip strategy of those who finished from 11th to 6th. Some managers mastered their Wildcards, others forgot they even had them, while one Bench Boost delivered the grand total of... absolutely nothing!

Elsewhere, Damo has finally been released from the doghouse (subject to strict conditions) while Hector continues to send absolutely no football reports from Brazil despite claiming to be our World Cup correspondent.

Eamon is still convinced Scotland can shock the world. 

We also look back at Mayo's dramatic All-Ireland victory over Meath and wonder if Martin Carney has recovered from the excitement.

After the dramatic return of The Host, Eamon and Hector in Episode 1, the chaos continues in Episode 2: GW38 – Tears, Cheers & Saipan Fears of the Arkham Avengers Fantasy Premier League Podcast.

On this episode, we take a deep dive into the final standings of the 2025/2026 Arkham Avengers FFPL season as champions are crowned, reputations are questioned and several managers come under serious scrutiny. 

Captain Fantastical Mick returns to the podcast much to Eamon’s annoyance, Hector remains mysteriously missing, and somehow the conversation repeatedly drifts towards Saipan incident and the Saipan movie.

Expect league table analysis, emotional damage, relegation proposals, questionable leadership speeches, Mayo vs Monaghan GAA and absolutely no tactical discipline whatsoever.

After disappearing longer than a VAR check at Old Trafford, The Host, Eamon and Hector are finally back for The Return episode of the Arkham Avengers Premier League Fantasy Football podcast..........nobody expected them to return… including themselves.

The lads take a quick look back at the glorious, chaotic and occasionally suspicious 2024/2025 season, reveal who lifted the coveted Arkham Avengers Trophy, and cast an eye over the madness already unfolding in 2025/2026.

Where has everyone been for over a year?
Was Hector actually stranded abroad?

After a totally unexpected extended absence The Host and Eamon are back and ready to get stuck into football business.

Due to the match between Bournemouth and Luton having been abandoned, the lads are revisting the league table for Gameweek 17. Then it is time to take a look at who is moving up, down and who is staying put as The Host and Eamon do a countdown for each Gameweek.

What about Captain Fantastical Mick I hear you ask?
Oh yes.  There are developments on this front as we hear that he is doing some pundit work for another communication company much to the chagrin of Eamon.  

And are you wondering why we have not mentioned Hector?  Our dear auld Hector is on his way back from Brazil and shall be back in the studio for the next episode.

Just when you thought is was safe to tune out.......we're back!!

After a delayed break The Host and Eamon are back and it is time to catch up on what our Managers have been doing throughout Gameweeks 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17.

Don't worry though the lads are not going to conduct an in-depth review into the Gameweeks but more a........how would we describe it.........a helicopter or umbrella overview.

NOTE:   At the time of recording the Premier League Board had not made a decision on the AFC Bournemouth vs Luton fixture which had to be abandoned due to the on-field medical emergency involving Luton Town player Tom Lockyer.  The decision has now been made to replay the match at a future date and points achieved by players in the original Gameweek 17 match will be voided.  The Panel will re-visit Gameweek 17 in our next show and made necessary corrections in relation to Managers and the League Table.

Hector has returned to Brazil for the Christmas and New Year while Captain Fantastical Mick is busy doing some pundit work on Virgin Media and The Host is waiting to hear about his return to the show.  However, this doesn't hold Eamon back as he casts an eye over our managers.

While Hector is away the "Hector's Hello's" are paused but on this episode Eamon has a few birthday shoutouts coming our way.

Now that the boys survived Halloween and Dublin its back to the usual business of reviewing how the managers in the Arkham Avengers Fantasy Football Premier League are getting on.

The Host is joined by Hector and Eamon this week and the lads are discussing each manager in turn.  There's been a lot of movement on the league table this week and a few surprises in store.
