In this podcast, I'll be sharing my teaching philosophy: student-led learning. I do not teach from PowerPoints. I have 5 or 6 preps sometimes. That would be too much talking! As an advocate for this approach to instructing, I use it every single day in my classroom. Student-led instruction involves stepping back as the teacher and being their coach on the sideline and allowing students to take the lead in their learning. It's about fostering creativity, problem-solving, and inclusive classrooms that meet the needs of every learner. In this episode, I'll share examples of how I implement student-led instruction in my lessons, the benefits it brings, and how it allows me to engage and connect with my students in a whole new way.
