International Women's Day special- 2021- we have India's first filmmaker Fatma Begum who made 9 films from 1926- 1929. Her first film Bulbule - e- Paristan started a spate of fantasy film genre in Hindi cinema. No films of hers have been preserved. Happy Women's Day.
