It can also be hard to create our best work when we are unable to let go of our tendency to give other's more and abandon ourselves and our personal projects. Julia & Erin get honest about their own people pleasing tendencies and how they show up in their lives and in their art.

This week Julia sadly lost her Uncle Chuck to a heart attack. He was a creative mentor of hers and she wanted to share some of the life lessons she learned from him. We hope you have an Uncle Chuck in your life <3
