Rafa Nadal's Perfect Performance last Sunday reminded me of one of my own! I should be back in the pool in Edinburgh next week. But most importantly, I was featured on CBeebies!!

Back in Edinburgh for a couple more weeks of dryland, although I wish I had one piece of equipment from Leeds. Also, David Attenborough's Netflix documentary has got me thinking.

The Olympic Games is the dream for most athletes, but the Games would be nothing without the athletes. So why don't they get more support from the IOC?

Right now I am showing myself that the work I did in lockdown was worth it. Hopefully I can maintain my level and continue to push hard every day!

With every week that goes by, we're a week closer to getting back to normal. I have a short training camp in Leeds for the next couple of weeks, but first these are my thought splurges from the week just gone!

Learned a new skill on the trampoline this week! Never too old to learn new things, whether it's basic or advanced, continue to push yourself out of your comfort zone.

FINA may be discussing potential changes in the format for diving competitions, which I think would certainly be a good thing. Will keep my ear out for more information on that! Also shoutout to the divers I coach for their energy and commitment over the last 5 months, puts a smile on my face!

Big respect to the Milwaukee Bucks for taking the stand to racial injustice. Rest in Peace Chadwick Boseman, a real life superhero.

New format for my weekly podcast! I want to document my key daily thoughts no matter how random, so be prepared for anything! But they'll probably be mostly diving related.

It's the end of lockdown and I'm (secretly) ready to get back in the diving pool! But it hasn't been a waste of time, I've learned some valuable lessons worth taking forward.
