First off, congratulations to the Seattle Seahawks who beat the New England Patriots at Super Bowl LX! Kennedy was our dancing shoes on the ground correspondent, and she had her finger on the pulse of the winner's city! Benito Bowl brought the world to a halt with the power of love, community, and unity. There's so much to discuss!

The Olympics were off to the races in Milan-Cortina (that two cities for those of you paying attention!) with Team USA bringing home an early gold in team figure skating. Skiing, curling, spinning coffee pots on stage - it was all happening in Italy. Your favorite cohosts highlight the iconic Surya Bonaly's 1998 Olympic backflip, which made everything we're seeing with the Quad God today possible.

Welcome back, Athletes! It's Black History Month, and here at the Athletic Department Pod we're celebrating all lifelong.
