Welcome back, Athletes! It's Black History Month, and here at the Athletic Department Pod we're celebrating all lifelong. Jenna kicks off the episode with a tribute to one of her favorite Black athletes and shouts out Olympic basketball legend Cheryl Miller for her contribution to the game. Kennedy steps into her swagged out coaching era, and Jenna goes full Capricorn mountain goat in Joshua Tree.
There's so much to cover in this week's episode, but somehow they've done it again! Kennedy recaps the Grammy's including a special shoutout to Luther Vandross. Jenna now believes in the physical carrying of the Olympic torch, and both look forward to the opening ceremonies this Friday. Superbowl season is upon us, and Kennedy is ready to be the official Seattle cleats on the ground Seahawks correspondent.
Finally, there's the historic Unrivaled tour stop in Philly, where attendance and scoring records were shattered. Somebody's the wicked witch of Unrivaled. Kennedy and Jenna breakdown the EIGHT Unrivaled games - you're welcome - keeping their fingers on the pulse and keeping you up to date.
Last but certainly not least, Kennedy steps in for a double header - she's got Tunnel Walk of the Week and the Put Me In Coach award for this week! That concludes the team huddle... TAD pod on 3!
