We're goin' back to the basics with today's episode, folks! Swords are great and all, but you know what's better? The stuff they're made with! LiZz gives a basic overview of the different types of steel that are out there, Emily makes a weird beef analogy, pretty much the standard formula, you know.

Hey, what's that weird carving on that sword mean? Is it decorative or what? And what's the deal with hockey anyway? We answer all of these questions and more on this week's episode.

In this episode, we talk about the knives, spears, and swords the Vikings might have used! There's also a weird horse glass tangent right in the beginning, and, uh, look, I'm not entirely sure what happened during this one. I just hope you guys get some sort of good fun info out of it between the goofs.

This is your pretty typical Audio Armory episode: Emily talks about some unrelated nonsense for the first three minutes, and then we jump right in to three swords from the Ottoman Empire, which may sound a little familiar to you! Spoiler: everyone steals from everyone else, include sword designs. Also, you know we hit those ottoman puns hard.
